I recently I went with my niece and sister-in-law to the cat café in Toronto. It’s located at College at Spadina.
I like cats but live in a pet-free building. This was great to do and be able to enjoy the cats without the hassle of looking after them. The cats at the café are available for adoption as well.
There are house rules and you have to spend $5 minimum in coffee/food in order to head into the room with the cats. It was a super hot day so the cats were mostly laying around and a couple of them were ok with us petting them for a while before disappearing. We were warned about the grumpy cat and the cat who gets aggressive when she’s fed snacks.
