Toronto Public Library: An Evening with Gabrielle Hamilton

The Toronto Public Library has some great programming including interviews with authors. One of the interviews was with Gabrielle Hamilton. I’ve attended couple similar events before here and here and it’s been super interesting to participate.

My mum and I went to see an interview in the Appel Salon at the Toronto Reference Library. The event was sold out and packed full of people. The interview was entertaining and focused on her memoir, Blood, Bones, and Butter. There was time for questions from the audience as well – great questions were from how did the restaurant name, Prune come about to advice she was give those who are in the restaurant industry.
