The Harbourfront sometimes has great events going during the summer. It tends to be more quiet during the winter months but recently I’ve been seeing the poster around the neighbourhood for DJ Skate Nights.
Since the previous weekend was a super snowy weekend, I hadn’t walked over to the Natrel Ice Rink to check it out. Last Saturday night, I walked over and to see what it was all about. The night starts at 8 p.m. every Saturday and continues to 11 p.m. Every Saturday night is a different DJ playing different music.
It’s been years since I’ve ice skated so I didn’t want to this evening. With coffee in hand, I watched the ice skaters on the rink and those spectating.
