Summary: The 10th annual Hunger Games are about to begin and teenaged Coriolanus Snow is preparing to be a mentor in the Games. The hope of Snow family hangs on the fate of Coriolanus’ charm and wit to outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute.

My Thoughts:  It was an average novel and not as adventurous as the original Hunger Games trilogy. I thought it was a slow read for the majority of the novel and was focused on the unnecessary details instead of the high stakes events. Overall, it did not blow me away and not a storyline that would have enhanced my previous enjoyment of The Hunger Games trilogy.
