I went to see the Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the Art Gallery of Ontario just before the Easter long weekend. I thought it would be quieter to roam the exhibit on a weekday morning given how popular tickets were and how long I had to wait online to purchase tickets.
The exhibit was quieter on a weekday morning compared to going on a Saturday. It did not take me long to roam through the exhibit and most of the time I was alone in most of the rooms. I tried to keep my expectations low given the popularity before the exhibit even went on sale.
It was interesting and the infinity rooms were smaller installations than I thought it was. We were only able to have 30 seconds with a max of three people being able to enter the room. All rooms, except for one, I was able to go in on my own.
I did not think this was the most amazing exhibit I have seen. It was average but still enjoyable.
