On the Map: A Mind-Expanding Exploration of the Way the World Looks
My thoughts: Overall, this book was interesting. I found the first half of the book a lot more fascinating. I liked reading about the explorers and the development of the map and views of the world and I probably would have preferred more emphasis and details in this period. I did appreciate reading the modern and current practices which included computer gaming and body imaging and as this was towards the latter part of the book I was beginning to lose interest at this point. As a general interest book, it was informative.
