I spend many lunch hours and Saturday afternoons in the local bookstores. I often like to roam around looking at books, seeing what is on display, browsing the recommended items, and taking pictures of books to added to my ever growing list.
Over the weekend, I was in Kensington Market picking up some coffee beans. While I’m in this neighbourhood, I end up popping into a few stores as I make my way to the streetcar stop on College Street. I spent about a half hour or so in Good Egg. They have a good selection of mostly cookbooks and cooking related items in the store plus a few non-cooking related books. They also have some kid friendly items.
As I was browsing the books, I ended up adding these books to my list:
1. Walking Home: The Life and Lessons of a City Builder by Ken Greenber
2. Great Country Walks Around Toronto: Within Reach by Public Transit by Elliott Katz
3. Seen Reading by Julie Wilson
4. Chi’s Sweet Home: Volume 1 by Konami Kanata
5. The Drops of God: Volume 1 by Tadashi Agi Shu Okimoto
